We rebuilt the creative engine.
Since February we've shipped 55 unique Valid-produced concepts into the account — built off audience research, tested in cohorts, and iterated weekly on hook, hold, and conversion signals. Valid creative ramped from 0% of spend in January to 60% by the end of March, in lockstep with the testing — and it outperforms the rest of the account on every metric that matters.

Then we took over the buy.
With the creative engine humming, HoneyHomes handed us media buying across Meta and Google in late April. We added paid search, restructured Meta around the top-performing creative, and layered in CTV to extend reach beyond social. Monthly conversions grew ~6× from January to peak — 42 to 251 — and May is pacing higher still.
